介绍了用RP-HPLC对镀锌液中添加剂4-苯基-3-丁烯-2-酮与2,2’-二萘基甲烷-6,6’-二磺酸钠进行分离与测定的方法。这一研究可以排除镀液中各组份的相互干扰。镀液先经HPLC柱分离,然后当各组份通过紫外-可见检测器时,其含量就可被分别检测出来。在该方法中,紫外检测器波长定为290nm,流动相为甲醇-水(60:40)的混合液,色谱柱YWG-C18H37,4×150mm。结果色谱峰面积与响应值呈很好的线性关系。2,2’-二萘基甲烷-6,6’-二磺酸钠的保留时间是1.10min,相关系数0.9993,回归方程Y=4.213+195.54X,线性范围0.050~0.450mg/ml;4-苯基-3-丁烯-2-酮的保留时间是5.10min,相关系数0.9997,回归方程Y=0.156+1758X,线性范围0.0025~0.0225mg/ml。
The separation and determination of 4-phenyl-3-buten-2-one and 2,2’-dinaphthylmethane-6,6’-disulfonate as additives in zinc plating solution by RP-HPLC method. This study can rule out the mutual interference of the components of the bath. The plating solution is first separated by HPLC column, and then the content of each component can be detected separately when it passes through the UV-Vis detector. In this method, UV detector wavelength is set at 290nm, the mobile phase is methanol - water (60:40) mixture, column YWG-C18H37, 4 × 150mm. Results The peak area and response value showed a good linear relationship. The retention time of sodium 2,2’-dinaphthylmethane-6,6’-disulfonate was 1.10min, the correlation coefficient was 0.9993, the regression equation was Y = 4.213 + 195.54X, the linear range was 0.050 ~ 0 . The retention time of 4-phenyl-3-buten-2-one was 5.10 min, the correlation coefficient was 0.9997, the regression equation was Y = 0.156 + 1758X, the linear range was 0.0025-0.0225 mg / ml.
