日前,北京市人事局出台了《北京市2001年普通高等学校毕业生就业工作意见》,对引进接收非北京生源毕业生工作的有关规定进行了调整。该工作意见指出,引进接收非北京生源毕业生工作,以保证首都经济建设和社会发展对人才的急需为基本出发点,继续采取条件控制与总量控制相结合的办法。引进接收硕士、博士非北京生源毕业研究生,按照学用一致的原则,不受专业、数量限制。引进非北京生源本科毕业生政策做相关调整:
Recently, Beijing Municipal Personnel Bureau issued the Opinions on Employment of Graduates of Colleges and Universities in Beijing in 2001, and adjusted the relevant provisions on the employment of non-Beijing graduates. The Opinion pointed out that the introduction of non-Beijing students to accept the graduates work to ensure that the capital construction of the economy and social development of the urgent need for talent as the basic starting point, continue to take conditional control and total control of the combination of methods. The introduction of receiving master’s degree, Ph.D. non-Beijing graduate students, according to the principle of the same with the study, not subject to professional, quantitative restrictions.
