2017年10月1日,广东省《关于司法鉴定收费的管理办法》正式实施。该《办法》对司法鉴定收费采用政府指导价管理与市场调节价结合的方式进行了规定。同时,针对涉财产案件的司法鉴定收费,该《办法》作出了少有的禁止性规定。法律福音:第四条第一款规定:司法鉴定收费实行政府指导价管理。司法鉴定机构接受委托,提供不属在诉讼活动中的鉴定服务收费实行市场调节价,由鉴定机构与委托人协商一致,合理确定。
On October 1, 2017, Guangdong Province “Administrative Measures on Forensic Examination Fees” came into effect. The “Measures” provide for the appraisal of forensic examinations by means of a combination of government-directed price management and market regulating price.
