目的检测卵巢上皮性癌中死亡相关蛋白激酶的表达及与病理分期、细胞分化程度、淋巴转移的相关性。方法用免疫组化SP法检测正常卵巢组织、良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤及卵巢上皮性癌中DAPK的表达水平。结果卵巢上皮性癌中DAPK的阳性表达率51.61%,明显低于正常卵巢组织(100%)和良性卵巢上皮肿瘤(80.96%),P<0.05。研究还发现DAPK低表达与卵巢上皮性癌的病理分级、细胞分化程度及淋巴转移有关。结论DAPK作为一种促细胞凋亡基因的表达产物,其表达下调与卵巢上皮性癌的发生、发展过程密切相关;DAPK可能通过促进细胞凋亡和细胞分化对卵巢上皮性癌的侵袭与转移起抑制作用。
Objective To detect the expression of death-associated protein kinase in epithelial ovarian cancer and its relationship with pathological stage, cell differentiation and lymphatic metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of DAPK in normal ovarian tissue, benign epithelial ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer. Results The positive expression rate of DAPK in epithelial ovarian cancer was 51.61%, which was significantly lower than that in normal ovarian tissue (100%) and benign epithelial ovarian tumor (80.96%) (P <0.05). The study also found that DAPK low expression and epithelial ovarian cancer pathological grade, degree of cell differentiation and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion DAPK, a product of apoptosis, has a close relationship with the occurrence and development of ovarian epithelial carcinoma. DAPK may promote the invasion and metastasis of ovarian epithelial carcinoma by promoting cell apoptosis and cell differentiation Inhibition.
