介绍了高压水除鳞系统的工作过程,分析了高压水除鳞系统存在非线性、强耦合且输入输出之间的关系模型难以直接建立等特点,提出一种应用模糊控制技术对高压水除鳞系统建立模糊控制器的方法。将模糊控制与PLC相结合,用软件的方法在PLC中实现高压水除鳞系统的模糊控制,并对模糊控制器的建立和在PLC中实现模糊控制的方法作了具体的说明,最后给出了详细的程序控制流程。经研究分析表明,加入模糊控制技术的高压水除鳞系统保留了PLC控制系统可靠、灵活、适应能力强等特点,并有效提高了控制系统的智能化程度。
The working process of high pressure water descaling system was introduced. The characteristics of high pressure water descaling system such as nonlinearity and strong coupling and the relationship between input and output were difficult to establish directly. The paper proposed a method of applying fuzzy control technology to high pressure water descaling System to establish fuzzy controller method. The fuzzy control is combined with PLC, and the fuzzy control of high-pressure water descaling system is realized by software in PLC. The establishment of fuzzy controller and the method of fuzzy control in PLC are described in detail. Finally, A detailed program control process. The research shows that the high pressure water descaling system which incorporates the fuzzy control technology retains the characteristics of PLC control system such as reliability, flexibility and adaptability and effectively improves the intelligence of the control system.
