近年来,大连市着力推进全市应急信息员队伍体系建设工作。2013年,大连市正式建立覆盖全市14个区(市、县)、先导区,160余个街道、乡镇,千余个社区、村屯的四级应急信息员队伍。为进一步提高应急信息员信息报送速度及质量,2014年4月中下旬,大连市应急办在3周时间内先后在市政府、旅顺口区、金州新区、瓦房店市、普湾新区、甘井子区、庄河市和长海县举办了8场应急信息员培训会。各地各部门共2300余名应急信息员参加了培训,取得了良好成效。
In recent years, Dalian City, efforts to promote the city’s emergency information system of team members. In 2013, Dalian formally established four contingency information clerk teams covering 14 districts (cities and counties), pilot districts, more than 160 streets, towns, more than 1,000 communities and villages in the city. In order to further improve the speed and quality of sending information to emergency responders, in mid-to-late April 2014, the emergency response office in Dalian successively held three meetings in the municipal government, Lushunkou District, Jinzhou New District, Wafangdian City, Puwan New District , Ganjingzi District, Zhuanghe City and Changhai County held eight emergency information workers training sessions. Over 2,300 emergency information officers from all localities and departments attended the training and achieved good results.
