介绍了汽车液化石油气燃料供给系统及其主要部件的结构和工作原理,并采用对比的方法,进行了发动机台架性能试验、整车道路试验和怠速污染物测定。试验结果表明:应用液化石油气供给系统后,台架试验发动机的最大功率和最大扭矩略有降低;经济性好,汽车行驶每百公里可节约燃料费用44.9%;CO 的排放量可降低87.7%。HC 可降低25%。同时指出,该系统还存在冬季低温冷车启动困难的问题。
The structure and working principle of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fuel supply system and its main components are introduced. The performance test of engine bench, vehicle road test and idle pollutant measurement are carried out by comparison method. The test results show that the maximum power and the maximum torque of the engine under test are slightly reduced after the liquefied petroleum gas supply system is applied; the economy is good, the fuel consumption can be saved by 44.9% per 100 km; the emission of CO can be reduced by 87.7% . HC can be reduced by 25%. At the same time, it is pointed out that the system still has the problem of difficult start-up of low temperature cold vehicles in winter.
