教考分离是目前普通中专教学管理中急待解决的问题之一。本文从教学管理的角度提出了教考分离的必要性；简要阐述了教者分离的含义及其作用。实行教考分离的基本条件；着重探讨了对教考分离试卷的要求。
The separation of teaching and test is currently one of the problems to be solved urgently in the teaching management of ordinary secondary schools. This article puts forward the necessity of separation of teaching and examination from the perspective of teaching management. It briefly states the meaning and function of the separation of teachers. The basic conditions for the separation of teaching and testing; emphatically discussed the requirements for the teaching of test paper separation.
