当今,人权问题是(国内和国外)意识形态斗争的一个焦点。在这种情况下,我国发表了《中国的人权状况》白皮书,该书全面地对我国建国以来关于人权的基本观点和中国的人权实际状况进行了科学地、系统地论述。白皮书以理论为基础,用大量的事实有力地反驳和回击了那些打着人权的幌子来攻击我国社会主义制度的人,同时,也澄清了许多人在人权问题上的模糊认识。
Today, the human rights issue is a focal point of the ideological struggle (both at home and abroad). Under such circumstances, our country has published a white paper entitled “The Situation of Human Rights in China,” which comprehensively expounds the basic viewpoint on human rights since the founding of our nation and the actual state of human rights in China in a scientific and systematic manner. The white paper, based on theory, uses a large number of facts to vigorously refute and counter those who attack the socialist system under the guise of human rights. At the same time, it also clarifies many people’s vague understanding of human rights issues.
