大南庄村党支部团结奋进，开拓创新，狠抓党的建设，群团 组织健全，各项制度完善，干部队伍朝气蓬勃，党员先锋模范作 用突出。 大南庄村领导成员没有在成绩和荣誉面前止步，而是继续阔 步前进。他们借农村清财的东风，进行了财务十清十查工作，建 立健全了一套农村财务管理监督制度，严格规范审批、审计、公 开程序，从制度上堵死了各项不合理开支，促进了干部队伍的廉 政建设，受到群众的欢迎、支持和赞赏。 村级财务管理制度出台了《大南庄村财务规范实施细则》， 涵盖了资金、资产、档案、报表、合同、管理、审计等财务管理 全过程。在财务监督方面具体制度如下： 1． 三人联签制度：先由经办人签字说明事由，再由分管领导 批注意见，最后由村委会主任。副主任、支部委员联合签字。 2． 两级审计制度：在三人联签基础上，由镇经管站和村民主 理财小组审计。每月的财务票据先经村民主理财小组审核通过， 再送镇经管站审计通过入账。
