最近,反映我国经济运行状况的各种热点数字纷纷披露于报端,我们有必要予以关注并细加分析。这其中,以下两组数据,我认为尤其值得我们认真咀嚼一下。 一是不久以前,国务院发展研究中心公布了一项研究成果,指出:“中国各地区、各层次的地方政府大都在不同程度上举债度日或负债经营,而且所负债务的种类之多,负担之重,已超出一般人的想像”。仅就全国乡镇政府来讲,负债总额即为2200亿元。
