针对电力系统在电能质量监测系统未完全安装完毕前为不完全观测及在N-1情况下需系统关键点可监测的问题,提出了计及N-1情况的电能质量监测装置阶段式优化配置方法,介绍了完全观测配置优化模型,针对线性规划中可能出现的多解情况定义了系统冗余性指标,以安装过程中及安装完毕后可观测节点数最大化及关键点优先安装为目标,构建了不完全观测的优化配置模型,并通过IEEE-30I、EEE-118节点系统进行了验证。结果表明,该方法合理、有效。
Aiming at the incomplete observation of power system before the power quality monitoring system is completely installed and the key points to be monitored in the case of N-1, a phase optimization of power quality monitoring device considering N-1 is proposed This paper introduces the optimization model of complete observation configuration and defines the index of system redundancy for the possible multiple solutions in linear programming. With the objective of maximizing the number of observable nodes and installing key points first during and after installation, The optimal configuration model of incomplete observation was constructed and validated by IEEE-30I and EEE-118 node systems. The results show that the method is reasonable and effective.
