目的了解甘肃省兰州市城关区区属医疗卫生机构控烟现状,为有效开展控烟工作提供科学依据。方法依据国家《无烟医疗卫生机构标准》的要求,对95家区属医疗机构进行现场调查。结果 95家区属医疗卫生机构都能依据国家要求较好地完成控烟工作,在吸烟情况调查中,社区卫生服务中心(χ2=4.58)总体好于区属医疗卫生机构和社区卫生服务站(χ2=9.17),两者间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);区属医疗机构和社区卫生服务站的烟蒂情况和吸烟人员的发现率均高于社区卫生服务中心,各类卫生机构仍存在有人吸烟、其他人未对吸烟人员及时劝阻的问题。结论建议在“无烟单位”广泛开展烟草危害健康教育的同时,加强控烟法律、法规知识的宣传和普及,不断着力提高职工参与控烟工作的积极性、主动性和社会影响力,努力巩固并扩大控烟工作成果。
Objective To understand the status of tobacco control in medical and health institutions in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, and to provide a scientific basis for effective tobacco control work. Methods According to the requirements of the national standard of smoke-free medical and health institutions, 95 field medical institutions were investigated on site. Results All the 95 medical and health institutions in the district were able to complete the tobacco control work according to the requirements of the state. In the investigation of smoking status, the community health service center (χ2 = 4.58) was generally better than the district health and community health service stations (χ2 = = 9.17). The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Cigarette butts and smoking workers in medical institutions and community health service stations were higher than those in community health centers, There are people smoking, other people did not promptly discourage smokers on the issue. Conclusions It is suggested that the “smoke-free unit” should carry out a wide range of health education on tobacco-related hazards and at the same time enhance the publicity and popularization of laws and regulations on tobacco control. It should also strive to increase the enthusiasm, initiative and social influence of employees participating in tobacco control and strive to consolidate Expand tobacco control work.
