目的了解淄博市城镇低保妇女妇科常见疾病的状况并对疾病的相关因素进行研究分析,有针对性的采取群体干预措施提供依据。方法对淄博市辖区内30～50岁已婚低保妇女进行常规妇女

目的了解淄博市城镇低保妇女妇科常见疾病的状况并对疾病的相关因素进行研究分析,有针对性的采取群体干预措施提供依据。方法对淄博市辖区内30～50岁已婚低保妇女进行常规妇女病普查,同时对患有妇科疾病和乳腺疾病的患者进行统计分析。结果宫颈炎的发病率最高,占37.57%。阴道炎居第2位,占33.41%。乳腺疾病据第3位,占22.26%。低保妇女的健康状况令人担忧,生殖器官炎症、乳腺增生、妇科肿瘤是影响低保妇女身心健康的常见妇科疾病。经济因素和健康意识缺乏是疾病发生最相关因素。结论 （1）妇女病普查普治是妇女保健工作
