目的探讨介入治疗在产后出血中的应用价值。方法选取本院2011年1月~2013年12月对11例难治性产后出血患者进行血管介入栓塞治疗。结果术后患者休克症状均明显好转,出血明显减少,生命体征恢复正常,栓塞手术平均止血时间15~30 min,手术过程平均40~80 min完成。结论介入治疗应用于产后出血具有止血确切、手术时间短、术后并发症少、患者恢复快的优点。
Objective To investigate the value of interventional treatment in postpartum hemorrhage. Methods From January 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital, 11 patients with refractory postpartum hemorrhage underwent endovascular embolization. Results Postoperative shock symptoms were significantly improved, bleeding was significantly reduced, vital signs returned to normal, the average hemostasis time of embolization surgery 15 ~ 30 min, the average duration of surgery 40 to 80 min to complete. Conclusion Interventional therapy applied to postpartum hemorrhage has the advantages of exact hemostasis, short operative time, less postoperative complications and faster recovery of patients.
