实践,认识,再实践,再认识,循环往复以至无穷……,这是认识客观、掌握规律的必然过程。兵团地膜植棉经过1982年的扩大应用,又取得了一些新认识,农业局农业处根据这些认识,对1981年11月写的《棉花塑膜覆盖栽培技术规定》作了补充与修改。为了帮助农场更好地掌握应用地膜植棉技术,特将修改后的技术要点,予以刊登。
