在机关事业单位中,人事档案无论对于个人和单位都有着重要作用,可是在信息快速发展的网络时代,人事档案管理多仍采用传统的实体化管理方式,已不能适应网络时代的要求,信息化是其未来的必然趋势。本文针对现阶段人事档案管理中存在的问题,提出其信息化建设不仅需要加强专业队伍的建设,也要加大对基础设施的投入,还要建立健全相关的制度机制,才能使人事档案管理与时俱进,尽早实现信息化的目标。
