白细胞介素３受体（ＩＬ－３Ｒ）在介导白细胞介素３（ＩＬ－３）的多种生物学功能中起着重要作用。由于成功地克隆出ＩＬ－３Ｒ各组分的ｃＤＮＡ，使得对ＩＬ－３Ｒ结构及功能的认识更加深入，为阐明ＩＬ－３的作用机制奠定了基础，本文着重介绍ＩＬ－３Ｒ结构及信号传导的研究进展。
Interleukin 3 receptor (IL-3R) plays an important role in mediating a variety of biological functions of interleukin 3 (IL-3). Because of the successful cloning of cDNA of each component of IL-3R, the understanding of the structure and function of IL-3R is further deepened, which lays the foundation for elucidation of the mechanism of action of IL-3. This article focuses on the structure and signal transduction of IL-3R Research progress.
