赤霉素对于油橄榄种子的萌发与生长效应的研究

我们在研究油橄榄种子催芽期中水气矛盾的基础上,又以赤霉素作浸种处理试验.在试验中比较了各种浓度对萌发与生长的影响效果.所得结果,证明了油橄榄种子在赤霉素的影响下,有加速种子的裂口和促进种子萌发的优良效应;同时,对胚胎生长及过氧化氢酶活性均有提高的作用.在对幼苗的生长发育方面也有一定良好的影响.此种催芽前的浸种处理,可作为快速育苗的技术措施加以运用. Based on the study of the contradiction between the water and gas in the germination period of the olive seed, we also used gibberellin as seed soaking test.We compared the effects of different concentrations on the germination and growth in the experiment.The results showed that the seeds of the olive seed Under the influence of the factors, there are accelerating the seed of the gap and promote seed germination excellent effect; the same time, the growth of embryos and catalase activity have increased role in the growth and development of seedlings have some good effect. Pre-soaking seed soaking treatment can be used as a rapid breeding techniques to be applied.
