跆拳道规则在近几年有较大的变化,尤其是2009年实施的规则修改较大结合新旧规则的条款的对比分析,就新规则的实施对跆拳道运动训练及竞赛的影响和对策进行探析,为跆拳道训练和比赛提供科学合理的方法和手段。
