On the occasion of celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) across the country, on behalf of the party committees and organs of the Chengdu Military Region, I congratulate the troops, armed police officers and militia reservists in the entire region on the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Liberation Army The old Red Army and the predecessors paid tribute to all the Party committees and governments at all levels that care and support the national defense and army building and expressed their cordial greetings to the retired veteran comrades in the army, veterans who have retired, revolutionary disabled soldiers and the army.
