目的:探究人文关怀在药学服务中的应用价值。方法:选取2010~2012年在我院接受药物治疗的100例患者为研究对象,随机平均分成两组,对照组与实验组,各50例。对照组采取常规治疗和药学服务。实验组在对其进行药学服务时将核心是“以患者为中心”的人文关怀融合到药学服务中,根据药物的不同适应症指导患者对医生的处方进行检查分析,对患者实施动态监测,报告药物不良反应,建立个体化的患者药历,向患者提供准确、必要的药学信息服务等,为患者制定人性化、个体化、优质的给药方案,以期达到最好的治疗效果。结果:实验组药物治疗的患者在药学服务中给予人文关怀,50例全部成功治愈,成功率100%,对照组的45例患者成功治愈,成功率为90%,两组相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀在药学服务中具有重要的应用价值,可以保证药物治疗的安全性、提高药物的有效性,同时又具有经济性的优势,值得广泛推广。
Objective: To explore the value of humanistic care in pharmacy services. Methods: A total of 100 patients receiving drug therapy in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were selected and divided into two groups randomly. The control group and the experimental group were given 50 patients each. Control group to take conventional treatment and pharmacy services. The experimental group in its pharmacy services will focus on the “patient-centered ” humanistic care integration into the pharmacy services, according to the different indications of drugs to guide the patient to the doctor’s prescription examination and analysis, the implementation of dynamic monitoring of patients , Report adverse drug reactions, establish individualized patient records, and provide accurate and necessary pharmacy information services to patients so as to formulate humane, individualized and quality drug delivery plans for patients in order to achieve the best therapeutic effect. Results: The patients in the experimental group were treated with humanistic care in the pharmacy service. All 50 cases were successfully cured with the success rate of 100%. The 45 cases in the control group were successfully cured with a success rate of 90%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Humanistic care has important application value in pharmacy services, which can ensure the safety of drug treatment, improve the effectiveness of drugs, and at the same time, it has economic advantages and should be widely popularized.
