医院的财务内控管理是整个医院财务管理以及一切的经济活动中的核心部分,同时也是保证医院整体财务管理能够有效进行的一个重要的前提条件。由于我国的医疗机构在内部控制方面发展较晚,因此存在着起点低、发展慢、环境不平衡、内控制度不完善、监督检查得不到落实等问题,因此急需建立一套科学、行之有效、完整的财务内控制度。本文就现有医院财务内控管理存在的问题进行了分析,并对应当采取的应对对策进行了研究。
