本文以日本赤松毛虫CPV(以下简称JDS-CPV)感染中国马尾松毛虫后所得的病毒粒子为抗原,经免疫家兔所得的抗血清为材料开展了酶联免疫吸附法(以下简称ELISA)的各项检测工作。此法与对流免疫电泳相比,其敏感性可提高200倍。从接种后8小时的3龄油松毛虫幼虫的中肠和淋巴液中即可检测出病毒的存在,其消长趋势与蔡幼民等对家蚕的试验是一致的,根据对林间处理区的检测结果,证实了ELISA方法的实用性。
