本项研究的重点是尝试将牵引油用作轮轨润滑剂。牵引油是一种最近开发的润滑材料,其被认为比传统润滑油具有更高的牵引系数。在试验室试验中,牵引油的牵引系数为0.14,而且发现牵引系数与滑移率之间的关系主要取决于油的种类。试验证明,润滑油的抗磨特性可以通过使用一定量的抗磨添加剂来控制。此外,试验也已证明,牵引油用作轮轨润滑油前途光明,但是仍需要进一步努力来证明由此对诸如侧向力等其他重要因素的相关影响。
The focus of this study is to try to use traction oil as a wheel and rail lubricant. Traction oil is a recently developed lubricant that is considered to have a higher traction coefficient than conventional lubricants. In the laboratory test, the traction coefficient for traction oil was 0.14 and it was found that the relationship between traction coefficient and slip ratio was mainly dependent on the type of oil. Tests have shown that the antiwear properties of lubricants can be controlled by using a certain amount of anti-wear additives. In addition, tests have also demonstrated that traction oils are promising for wheel-rail lubricants, but further efforts are still needed to demonstrate the associated effects on other important factors such as lateral forces.
