研究云南红豆杉(Taxus yunnanensis cheng et L.K.Fu)在大理地区不同环境条件下的生根率,同时从圃地选择、插穗准备、扦插、插后管理等方面总结了云南红豆杉在云南省大理州的扦插育苗技术,以期为云南红豆杉批量生产提供技术参考。其中分别对扦插苗生长环境、穗条年龄、扦插月份进行对比试验,结果表明在云南红豆杉温室大棚内扦插苗成活率高于室外,2年生枝条及在2月扦插时生根率及成活率最高。
The rooting rate of Taxus yunnanensis cheng et LKFu was studied under different environmental conditions in Dali. At the same time, the taxonomy of Taxus yunnanensis cheng et LKFu was summarized in the aspects of garden selection, cuttings preparation, cutting and post-insertion management. Cutting seedling technology, in order to provide technical reference for mass production of Taxus yunnan. The results showed that the survival rate of cuttage seedlings in greenhouse was higher than that in the outdoors, and the two-year-old shoots and the rooting rate and survival rate in February were the highest .
