为了进一步了解高山红景天不同性别植株之间形态性状的特点,通过对栽培高山红景天的性别、株高、叶长、叶宽、叶片长宽比与茎粗等形态性状进行了调查与分析。结果表明:栽培高山红景天的变异系数为21.51%~34.62%,不同性别高山红景天的变异系数为12.55%~45.65%;不同性别高山红景天的株高与叶片长宽比存在显著差异,但各形态性状与性别之间不存在显著的相关性。说明栽培高山红景天具有较为丰富的遗传多样性,这为今后在开展组织培养、栽培与育种工作以及性别分化研究提供了理论帮助。
In order to further understand the characteristics of Rhodiola sachalinensis, the morphological traits of different sex plants were investigated through morphological traits such as sex, plant height, leaf length, leaf width, leaf aspect ratio and stem diameter analysis. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of cultivated Rhodiola rosea was 21.51% -34.62%, and the coefficient of variation of Rhodiola rosea was 12.55% -45.65%. The plant height and leaf aspect ratio of Rhodiola rosea were significantly different However, there was no significant correlation between morphological traits and gender. It shows that cultivated alpine Rhodiola rosea has a rich genetic diversity, which provides theoretical help for the future research on tissue culture, cultivation and breeding, and gender differentiation.
