根据机车走行部齿轮失效和车轮踏面擦伤的故障机理,采用了基于振动信号分析的监测诊断技术,对机车走行部加速度信号进行了采集、处理与分析,初步确定了机车走行部实时在线监测的方法。在监测系统的软硬件实现上,完成了数据采集模块、通信模块等硬件部分的设计,并以Lab Windows CVI为软件平台,完成了信号分析处理软件的设计。通过装车实验表明,机车走行部实时在线监测系统基本满足检测精度、可靠性和功能性等设计要求。
According to the failure mechanism of the running gear of the locomotive and the scratching of the wheel tread, the monitoring and diagnosis technology based on the vibration signal analysis is adopted to collect, process and analyze the acceleration signals of the running gear of the locomotive, and the initial real-time online monitoring of the running gear of the locomotive method. On the hardware and software implementation of the monitoring system, we completed the design of hardware such as data acquisition module and communication module, and completed the design of signal analysis and processing software with Lab Windows CVI as the software platform. The experiment shows that the real-time on-line monitoring system of locomotive running department basically meets the design requirements of testing accuracy, reliability and functionality.
