一、工艺路线的选择气缸是叶片式气动发动机的主要零件之一,它的尺寸、形位精度和光洁度直接影响发动机的性能,而气缸加工的关键是偏心孔和外圆的加工。从气缸(图1)的典型结构可知,气缸属于筒状零件,具有内孔与外圆偏心的特点。它的装配基准是外圆。因此,在工艺基准选择上,可使孔与外圆互为基准,多次重复使用,既利加工,又尽可能使工艺基准与装配基准重合,减少误差。
