专利工作是科技创新工作的核心,工业企业是科技创新的主体,加强专利工作是提高企业核心竞争力和发展县域经济的重要途径。贵州是多民族省份,经济落后于全国,尤其是广大少数民族地区经济相对落后,导致专利工作十分滞后,不适应国家现代化建设的需要。本文以具有贵州省少数民族地区经济发展和专利发明水平为代表性的三穗县为例,揭示了该地区专利工作的现状及对策。
Patent work is the core of scientific and technological innovation. Industrial enterprises are the main body of scientific and technological innovation. Enhancing patent work is an important way to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and develop the county economy. As a multi-ethnic province, Guizhou lags behind the economy in its economy. In particular, the economy in the minority ethnic minority areas is lagging behind. As a result, the patent work lags behind and does not meet the needs of the country's modernization. In this paper, we take Sansui County, an example of economic development and patent invention in minority areas of Guizhou Province, as an example to reveal the current situation and countermeasures of patent work in this area.
