采用M.C.Giniss改良膨胀计与SW-1型微位移测量仪,测定了丙烯酸(AA)—苯乙烯(St)感光共聚合速率;发现对苯二酚丙酮溶液是暗反应的有效抑制剂;利用102-G气相层析仪和170-SX弗里哀变换红外光谱仪,对AA-St感光共聚合体系的单体浓度比和共聚物链节比进行了定量分析,并计算了单体的竞聚率,在40℃时的结果为:r_1=0.32,r_2=0.85;最后比较出三种增感剂对AA-St感光共聚合反应活性大小的次序为:BE(安息香乙醚)>B(安息香)>DK(二苯甲酮)。
The photopolymerization rate of acrylic acid (AA) -styrene (St) was measured by MCGiniss modified dilatometer and SW-1 microdisplacement measuring instrument. The hydroquinone acetone solution was found to be an effective inhibitor of dark reaction. -G gas chromatography and 170-SX Frizzled transform infrared spectrometer were used to quantitatively analyze monomer concentration ratio and copolymer chain ratio in AA-St photopolymerization system. The monomer reactivity ratio , The results at 40 ℃ are: r_1 = 0.32, r_2 = 0.85; Finally, the order of the photosensitization copolymerization of three sensitizers on AA-St was compared: BE (benzoin ethyl ether)> B DK (benzophenone).
