The density of the MoSi2 / SiC composites was improved by the secondary hot pressing process, and the relative density of the hot-pressed composites reached 92% of the theoretical density.The SEM and XRD results of the microstructures of the hot-pressed composites show that the hot- MoSi2 matrix for the dispersion of SiC particles.
