临床资料:四例红白血病(近两年来诊治患者,住院三例,门诊一例),计粒细胞型二例,单核细胞型二例。取材均在治疗前,由髂骨穿刺,经中国医大会诊确定,本文就其血象及骨髓象进行分析,重点讨论诊断标准。诊断依据:基本按1980年全国苏州白血病分型会议制定的标准。血象:有不同程度的贫血,血红蛋白2.0～7.7g/dl,红细胞60～260万/ul,红细胞形态;三例大小不等,部分中心淡染区扩大,一例正形正色。均可见嗜多色性红细胞,三例可见H—J小体;有核红1—40个/
