健康服务产业最早源于健康管理,以维护和促进人民群众身心健康为目标,主要包括医疗服务、健康管理与促进、健康保险以及相关服务。SWOT分析又称道斯矩阵,主要是通过分析企业内外部资源环境,分析优势和劣势,以及机遇和威胁,为企业制定全面的战略规划提供重要依据。利用SWOT分析,对河北省的健康服务产业发展优势和劣势条件以及面临的机遇与威胁进行全面系统分析,为推动河北省健康服务产业快速发展提供一定依据。
Health services industry originated from the health management, in order to maintain and promote the physical and mental health of the people as the goal, including medical services, health management and promotion, health insurance and related services. SWOT analysis, also known as the Dow matrix, is mainly through the analysis of internal and external resource environment, analysis of strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats, to provide an important basis for enterprises to develop a comprehensive strategic plan. Using SWOT analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of health service industry in Hebei Province as well as the opportunities and threats it faces, and provides some evidences for promoting the rapid development of health service industry in Hebei Province.
