目的 研究大肠癌中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、p5 3蛋白表达与血管生成的关系以及三者在大肠癌发展中的作用。方法 应用 L SAB免疫组化方法检测 5 2例大肠癌中 MVD、VEGF和 p5 3蛋白的表达。结果 大肠癌中 MVD、VEGF表达与 Dukes分期、淋巴结转移相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而与组织学类型、分化程度无关 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;p5 3蛋白表达与上述各临床病理因素均无关 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;VEGF阳性组的 MVD为 2 4.44± 10 .34 ,明显高于 VEGF阴性组的 15 .88± 6 .41(P<0 .0 1) ,而 p5 3蛋白表达与 VEGF表达或 MVD无相关性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 VEGF可能是诱导大肠癌血管生成的一个重要因子 ,对大肠癌的进展有促进作用 ;p5 3蛋白表达对大肠癌的血管生成及 VEGF表达无明显调节作用。
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), p53 protein and angiogenesis in colorectal cancer and the role of these three in the development of colorectal cancer. Methods L SAB immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MVD, VEGF and p53 protein in 52 cases of colorectal cancer. Results The expressions of MVD and VEGF in colorectal cancer were related to Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), but not to the histological type and differentiation degree (P>0.05). The expression of p53 protein was correlated with the clinical manifestations above. Pathological factors were irrelevant (P>0.05). The MVD of the VEGF-positive group was 24.44±10.34, which was significantly higher than that of the VEGF-negative group (15.88±6.41) (P<0. 01). There was no correlation between p53 protein expression and VEGF expression or MVD (P>0.05). Conclusion VEGF may be an important factor in inducing angiogenesis in colorectal cancer, and it may promote the progression of colorectal cancer. The expression of p53 protein has no significant effect on the angiogenesis and VEGF expression of colorectal cancer.
