1病例报道患者,女,62岁,孕7产5,末次产1979年3月。产后半年在当地乡卫生院放置宫内节育器(IUD),术后无特殊不适,49岁绝经,近一年常感腰痛和下腹部坠胀。2012年5月13日患者来我站取环。主诉:上环33年,绝经13年要求取环。追问患者有无取环史,自述“近2年先后到附近不同的乡卫生院取环3次(患者属吊庄乡,居住偏僻,就医条件差),但均未取出”。经B超探查发现,子宫三径线:55 mm×26 mm×38 mm大小,宫腔下段见一强回声,部分达宫颈管部。嘱其口服米索前列醇片0.6 mg(上海新华联制药有限公司)软化宫颈[1],2 h后排空
1 case reported patients, female, 62 years old, pregnant and 7 production 5, the last production in March 1979.
