高温盐浴炉目前多采用间接测温配二次仪表来实现温度的闭环控制。每次淬火前,以插入盐浴的双铂铑-铂热电偶为标准,校对控温系统的总误差,作为热处理人员选择控温点的修正依据。我厂原使用的铂铑-铂热电偶也是通行的棒状,使用时斜插入盐浴,另有支架固定。由于偶又长又重(长1米左右,重0.6公斤),又要在1250±50℃温度的烘烤下来调整深度、固定和取下,使用很不方便。我们在197l年把它改成直角形,这样不但拿用、固定方便而且重量也减轻到0.25公斤,并和我厂镍铬-镍硅热电偶的金属保护管的规格也统一了。经最初与棒状热电偶的对比试验和6年来的使用证明效果良好,没有发现异常现象。
At present, high temperature salt bath furnaces use indirect temperature measurement and secondary instrument to realize closed-loop temperature control. Prior to each quenching, with a double platinum-rhodium-platinum thermocouple inserted into a salt bath as a standard, the total error of the temperature control system was calibrated to provide a basis for the heat treatment personnel to select the temperature control point. I used to plant the original platinum and rhodium - platinum thermocouple is also popular rod, the use of oblique inserted salt bath, and another bracket fixed. As even long and heavy (about 1 meter long, weighing 0.6 kg), but also in 1250 ± 50 ℃ temperature down to adjust the depth of the baked, fixed and removed, very inconvenient to use. We converted it to a right-angled shape in 197l so that it was not only easy to use, but also weighed down to 0.25 kg and unified the specifications of the metal protection tube of our nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon thermocouple. After the initial comparison with the rod thermocouple and 6 years of use proved to be effective, no abnormalities were found.
