行政调解在纠纷解决方面具有的独特功能和优势与我国农村纠纷的特点具有相当的契合性。从目前我国农村纠纷解决的实践来看,我国农村纠纷的行政调解制度还存在不少问题,完善我国农村纠纷的行政调解制度,是健全我国农村纠纷解决机制,促进我国农村社会和谐的一条重要途径。
The unique functions and advantages that administrative mediation has in dispute resolution are quite compatible with the characteristics of rural disputes in our country. Judging from the practice of dispute resolution in rural areas of our country, there are still many problems in the administrative mediation system of rural disputes in our country. Improving the system of administrative mediation in rural disputes in our country is an important way to improve the rural dispute resolution mechanism in our country and promote the rural social harmony in our country .
