1994年3月25日在江西医学院第二附属医院住院部确诊首例TB/HIV双重感染患者,后对其接触者101人进行AIDS血清学检测,该患者的配偶HIV—1型抗体阳性,阳性检出率为0.99%。流行病学调查表明,该例TB/HIV双重感染患者感染于国外,其感染途径与AIDS病人性接触有密切关系。建议在国境口岸加强对来自非洲的入境者实施AIDS监测和归国人员AIDS后续监测,并提示注意入境者的TB监测工作。
On March 25, 1994, the first case of TB / HIV double infection was diagnosed in the Inpatient Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College and AIDS serology was detected in 101 of its contacts. The HIV-1 antibody of the spouse of the patient was positive, The positive detection rate was 0.99%. Epidemiological survey shows that the case of TB / HIV dual infection in patients infected with foreign countries, the route of infection and AIDS patients with sexual contact are closely related.
