目的:观察丹皮酚对水应激所致小鼠胃溃疡模型的保护作用。方法:采用水应激诱导小鼠急性胃粘膜损伤,灌胃给予丹皮酚(50,100mg/kg),每天一次,连续5天,以溃疡指数及胃粘膜形态学改变为观察指标,探讨丹皮酚对水应激所致小鼠胃粘膜损伤的影响并与奥美拉唑比较。结果:丹皮酚对水应激所致小鼠胃溃疡有保护作用,剂量增大溃疡指数减小更加明显,胃黏膜损伤程度减轻;丹皮酚的抗溃疡强度与奥美拉唑相似。结论:丹皮酚可显著减轻水应激引起的胃黏膜损伤。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of paeonol on gastric ulcer model induced by water stress in mice. METHODS: Water stress was used to induce acute gastric mucosal injury in mice. Paeonol (50, 100 mg/kg) was given by gavage once a day for 5 consecutive days. Ulcer index and morphological changes of gastric mucosa were used as observation indexes to investigate the paeonol peels. Effect of phenol on gastric mucosal injury in mice induced by water stress and compared with omeprazole. RESULTS: Paeonol had protective effects on gastric ulcer induced by water stress. The increase of dose increased the ulcer index more obviously, and the extent of gastric mucosal injury was relieved. The anti-ulcer intensity of paeonol was similar to that of omeprazole. Conclusion: Paeonol can significantly reduce gastric mucosal injury caused by water stress.
