思想政治工作是我们党优良传统和政治优势,是新形势下推进国有企业和谐发展、永葆国有企业生机活力的生命线。在当前我国市场经济大背景下,随着国有企业改革的深入、信息科技的迅速发展,国有企业的改革和发展面临更加复杂多变的形势,简单的沿用过去的老一套思想政治工作方式方法是行不通的。本文对如何创新新形势下水电企业思想政治工作方式方法进行了思考。
Ideological and political work is our Party’s fine tradition and political superiority and is the lifeline of promoting the harmonious development of state-owned enterprises and keeping the vitality of state-owned enterprises permanently in the new situation. Under the current background of market economy in our country, with the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the rapid development of information technology, the reform and development of state-owned enterprises are facing more complicated and volatile situations. This article has made some thinking on how to innovate the methods of ideological and political work of hydropower enterprises in the new situation.
