真空加热具有保持表面质量不变、净化表面和脱气效应等特点。经真空热处理的工件有较好的物理性能和优良的表面质量,是一般热处理方法难以相比的。因此近年来逐渐为人们所重视,发展极为迅速。第三届国际材料热处理年会宣读的67篇论文中涉及真空热处理有9篇,参加展览会的36家制造工业炉的单位中就有23家生产真空热处理炉。为了进一步了解国外真空热处理技术和设备情况,曾先后与美国Abar公司,Ipsen公司和西德Degussa公司等外商进行技术座谈,有关座谈情况概述如下:

Among the 67 papers read by the 3rd International Material Heat Treatment Annual Conference, 9 were involved in vacuum heat treatment. Among the 36 manufacturers of industrial furnaces that participated in the exhibition, 23 produced vacuum heat treatment furnaces. In order to further understand the foreign vacuum heat treatment technology and equipment, has held technical discussions with foreign companies such as Abar Corporation, Ipsen Corporation and Degussa Corporation in the United States.
