研究普洱茶对被动吸烟小鼠生长性能和血液指标的影响。180只小鼠分为3组,空白组不吸烟、灌服生理盐水;试验Ⅰ组吸烟、灌服生理盐水;试验Ⅱ组吸烟、灌服普洱茶。饲养周期35d。试验Ⅰ组小鼠末体重和平均日增重显著低于(P<0.05)试验II组,试验II组低于(P<0.05)空白组。血红蛋白浓度和碳氧血红蛋白浓度,空白组和试验II组差异不显著,显著小于(P<0.05)试验I组;红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度,试验组Ⅰ和II差异不显著,显著高于(P<0.05)空白组。本试验结果证明,普洱茶可以显著改善被动吸烟小鼠生长性能和红细胞载氧功能,缓解烟毒危害。
To study the effects of Pu’er tea on the growth performance and blood parameters of passive smoking mice. 180 mice were divided into three groups, the blank group did not smoke, irrigated with saline; experimental group I smoked, fed with saline; test group II smoking, puer served Pu’er tea. Feeding cycle 35d. At the end of experiment Ⅰ, the body weight and average daily gain of mice were significantly lower than that of the control group II (P <0.05), and the control group II was lower than the control group (P <0.05). Hemoglobin concentration and carboxyhemoglobin concentration, the blank group and the test group II was not significantly different, significantly less than (P <0.05) test group I; erythrocyte mean hemoglobin concentration, test group I and II difference was not significant, significantly higher (P <0.05 Blank group. The test results show that Pu’er tea can significantly improve the passive smoking mice growth performance and oxygen carrying capacity of red blood cells to alleviate the harm of tobacco poisoning.
