目的:了解护理本科女生人际归因、自我效能感及其相互关系。方法:采用多维度-多归因因果量表(MMCS)中的人际关系归因分量表、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)对113名护理本科女生进行问卷测定。结果:①护理本科女生人际归因得分41.02±11.38,年级差别无统计学意义(t=0.899,P=0.371),护理本科女生在人际交往成功时的归因得分由高到低为努力、运气、能力、背景,在人际交往失败时,归因得分由高到低为运气、能力、努力、背景;②一般自我效能感平均得分与国际成人常模比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-10.212,P=0.000);③人际归因与自我效能之间有相关性。结论:护理本科女生在人际交往成功时强调努力因素,呈内控趋势;人际交往失败时强调运气因素,呈外控趋势,人际归因与自我效能之间相互影响。
Objective: To understand the interpersonal attribution, self-efficacy and their intercourse among college nursing students. Methods: The questionnaire was conducted on 113 undergraduate undergraduate adolescents using the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) at the interpersonal attribution scale in the Multidimensional-Multiattribute Causality Scale (MMCS). Results: (1) The interpersonal attribution score of nursing undergraduate girls was 41.02 ± 11.38, with no significant difference between the grades (t = 0.899, P = 0.371). The undergraduate scores of nursing undergraduates were high, , Ability, background, when the interpersonal communication fails, the attribution scores are from high to low as luck, ability, effort and background; ② The average score of general self-efficacy is statistically significant compared with that of international adults (t = 10.212, P = 0.000); ③ There is a correlation between interpersonal attribution and self-efficacy. Conclusion: Undergraduate nursing undergraduates emphasize the effort factor when the interpersonal communication is successful, which is the internal control trend. When the interpersonal communication fails, it emphasizes the luck factor, the external control tendency, the interpersonal attribution and the self-efficacy.
