文艺作品不应是文艺家个人感情自然主义的宣泄,也不应是文艺家的顾影自怜。不管是否公开宣称,文艺作品拿出来就是要给人看的,用它来影响人、感染人。那么,文艺家的创作就不能不首先问一个为什么人的问题。也许,这个问题在和平时期还不那么突出,但在民族革命、民主革命的高潮中,它就尖锐地摆在了每个文艺家的面前。大型文献纪录片《大鲁艺》,以宏大的视角和精心的制作向我们展示了一段影响新中国文艺走向的历史。
