再生障碍性贫血(简称AA)目前尚无理想治疗方法.本文报告用重组人粒单集落刺激因子(rhGMCSF)治疗难治性AA的疗效.难治性AA13例,经抗胸腺细胞球蛋白治疗无效.初给rhGM-CSF 4-32μg/kg/天,用生理盐水稀释后经中心静脉导管滴入,14天为1个疗程.若未达到显效而毒性不大.则下一疗程剂量加倍,最大剂量为64μg/kg/天,若已达显效或部分有效,则按原剂量
