张启发,男,汉族,1953年12月19日出生,湖北省公安县人,现任华中农业大学生命科学技术学院院长,作物遗传改良国家重点实验室主任。1973—1976年华中农学院农学专业毕业;1982—1986年美国加利福尼亚大学戴维斯分校学习,获遗传学Ph D学位并在该校从事博士后研究一年。1976年起至今历任华中农业大学助教、讲师、副教授、教授、博士生导师。现兼任国家自然科学基金委员会学科评审组成员,高等农业院校教学指导委员会委员兼生物基础学科组
Zhang Qifa, male, Han nationality, was born on December 19, 1953 in Hubei Province. He is the dean of the College of Life Science and Technology of Huazhong Agricultural University and the director of the State Key Laboratory of Crop Genetic Improvement. 1973-1976 Agronomy graduate from Huazhong Agricultural College; 1982-1986 University of California, Davis, USA, PhD degree in genetics and postdoctoral fellowship at the university for one year. Since 1976, he has served as assistant, lecturer, associate professor, professor and doctoral advisor at Huazhong Agricultural University. Now part of the National Natural Science Foundation of China subject evaluation group members, higher agricultural college teaching steering committee and basic biological disciplines group
