成就动机在运动员从事体育运动过程中扮演着极其重要的角色,影响运动员个人的发展和成长;训练策略对运动在面对大负荷训练时如何积极面对疲劳、疼痛、挫折等非常重要;竞赛策略对怎样应对比赛中出现的各种问题,包括个人情绪心境调节方法、竞赛时的技战术安排、面对比赛出现各问题的处理尤为重要,因此好的心理水平对运动员影响很大。
Achievement motivation plays an extremely important role in the athlete’s participation in sports and affects the individual development and growth of athletes.
