中央城镇化会议中确立了中国新型城镇化战略。在城镇化建设过程中应推进公共服务,建立公共服务设施,加大对图书馆的建立,有利于丰富人们的日常生活,增加文化知识普及和人们整体素质的提高。基层图书馆建设是公共系统建设中重要组成部分,符合我国特色建设主义目标,加大对基层图书馆的建设,能够实现跨越式的发展策略。
The Central Urbanization Conference established China’s new urbanization strategy. In the process of urbanization, public services should be promoted, public service facilities should be established, and the establishment of libraries should be strengthened to enrich people’s daily life, enhance the popularization of cultural knowledge and raise the overall quality of people. The construction of grassroots libraries is an important part of the construction of public systems, in line with the goal of building our own characteristics construction, and to increase the building of grassroots libraries, so as to realize a leapfrog development strategy.
