固阳盆地固阳群是一套陆相山间盆地沉积,前人作了很多地质和古生物工作,有的学者认为其时代属晚侏罗世,有的认为属早白垩世。1977年,笔者和薛炎荣在固阳县后麻池—锡莲脑包固阳群剖面,进行了野外观察,并系统的采集了孢粉样品。通过对固阳群上部孢粉组合的研究,笔者认为其组合的地质时代可能是早白垩世别里亚士期—凡兰今期(Berriasian—Valanginian)。同时讨论了该组合反映的古植被和古气候的意义。
Guyang Group in Guyang Basin is a set of continental sedimentary basins. Many predecessors made many geological and paleontological work. Some scholars think its age belongs to the Late Jurassic, while others think it belongs to the Early Cretaceous. In 1977, the author and Xue Yanrong in Guyang County Houmachi - Xi Liangyou package Guyang group profile, field observations, and the collection of the sporopollen samples. Based on the study of the spore-pollen assemblages in the upper part of the Guyang group, the authors believe that the geological age of the combination may be the Early Cretaceous Berriasian-Valanginian period. The significance of the ancient vegetation and palaeoclimate reflected by this combination is also discussed.
